Burbank Middle School proudly welcomes Ms. Tracy Boss as principal of the Eagles. With over 20 years in education, Ms. Boss brings a depth of experience as a teacher, instructional leader, and administrator committed to equity, excellence, and student growth: emotionally, socially, and academically.

She is passionate about empowering all students by honoring their unique backgrounds and using them as launchpads for leadership and success in their communities. Known for fostering a vibrant, engaging school culture grounded in high expectations, she understands the importance of balancing meaningful learning experiences with academic rigor and intentional planning.
